聽過「華德福教育」嘅朋友，對《曼陀羅編織》應該並不陌生。在華德福教育中，孩子們就是按照素數的順序，用色彩繽紛的絲線編織美麗多變的曼陀羅圖騰。今次的2.5 小時的工作坊，我們會帶大家透過重複編織的過程，同時配合呼吸與靜心，體驗一種平靜而神秘、感受生命節奏與韻律的過程。

Mandala Thread Art has been used in Waldorf Education for decades and is known to be stress relieving and meditative. During this workshop, we will create a beautiful rhythmic thread-making mandala and experience mindful meditation. The whole process is to bring clarity to your mind, relax your body and calm your soul.
